When you invest in premium Salamander Furniture, you are investing in heavy, precision-engineered craftsmanship. To ensure your new media console, AV rack, or seating arrives safely at your home, we utilize specialized Threshold Delivery.
Unlike standard shipping companies that might leave your furniture out on the curb or exposed to the elements, our Threshold Delivery service brings your order directly inside the first secure dry area of your home.
How It Works

Appointment Scheduling: Once your furniture arrives at the local delivery hub, the carrier will contact you directly via phone or text to schedule a convenient, multi-hour delivery window.

Placement: The delivery team will bring your safely packaged Salamander items inside your front door, garage, or lobby (if you live in an apartment building).

Signature Required: An adult must be present to inspect the exterior packaging and sign for the delivery.

Important Note: If you live in an apartment building, "Threshold" means the main lobby or leasing office, not your individual apartment door, unless an elevator is accessible.
Preparing for Your Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery day, please take a quick moment to:

Clear the Path: Remove any obstacles, rugs, or wall decor from your entryway or garage to give the delivery team a clear path.

Measure First: Double-check that the boxed dimensions of your ordered Salamander model will easily fit through your front door framework.

Inspect the Box: Before signing the delivery receipt, quickly look over the outside of the boxes. In the rare event you see major cardboard damage, simply note it on the form before signing.
