Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Most new items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
0–30 days: Refund or exchange
31–60 days: Exchange or store credit only
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
In rare instances a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to all non-defective returns
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

Include your order number and reason for return
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA)
Returns without an RA may be refused and are not eligible for refund.
To cancel an order, email cs@audiolab.com immediately.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
Special orders of any kind and all furniture orders are non-cancelable
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special order products
Non-standard color speakers
All furniture (stands, cabinets, seating)
Items marked as special order or not regularly stocked
Custom installation materials and labor
Clearance or open-box items
Phono cartridges and turntables with cartridges
Gift cards
Headphones and in-ear monitors (for hygiene reasons)
Used or demo equipment
Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about return eligibility.
Curbside freight delivery
Customer must be present at delivery
Non-cancelable and non-returnable
Non-returnable once installed, unless defective.
Report shipping damage within 72 hours to cs@audiolab.com.
Please retain all original packaging.
New Items
Returnable within 60 days
Must be in like-new condition, complete, and in original packaging
Defective returns require:
Photos of the issue if possible
Serial number
Photos of the box and packaging
Open-Box, Used, or Trade-In Items
Returnable only if defective
Must be reported within 30 days
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
Freight returns (TVs, tower speakers, large furniture) will incur higher return shipping costs and will be quoted at time of RA
You may use your own insured shipping method; include the RA number and pack securely
Returns may be refused or subject to fees if:
Serial numbers do not match
Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
Damage occurs due to improper packing
Signs of wear, misuse, or water damage are present
Items returned as non-defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.
Defective items may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty within 60 days. Photo documentation is required.
