The Perlisten R2ic In-Ceiling Speaker brings Perlisten’s R-Series voicing to architectural audio, delivering a clean, controlled presentation for Dolby Atmos height channels, surrounds, wides, or distributed music zones. At the heart of the design is Perlisten’s DPC (Directivity Pattern Control), engineered to manage dispersion so tonal balance stays consistent across the listening area — not just one seat.
With THX Certified Ultra Surround performance targets and an optional rear enclosure, the R2ic is a serious in-ceiling solution for theaters and whole-home systems that require both refinement and output capability.
2-way infinite baffle architecture — Designed for in-ceiling mounting with an optional rear enclosure when you want defined back-volume behavior.
DPC waveguide — Directivity Pattern Control shapes dispersion for a more uniform listening window and improved seat-to-seat consistency.
Premium driver set — A 28mm silk dome tweeter pairs with a 165mm aluminum-frame HPF pulp woofer for smooth treble and articulate midbass.
Theater integration — Works naturally as a height or surround channel in Perlisten-based systems, helping preserve timbre continuity around the room.

If you want more predictable bass behavior and reduced sound transfer to adjacent spaces, the rear enclosure can be a strong choice. For many Atmos height installs, integrating with an 80 Hz crossover is also recommended.
The R2ic excels as a Dolby Atmos height speaker, surround, or wide channel in a Perlisten theater, and also works well for premium whole-home music zones.
