The Paradigm Persona Sub Six 8" Driver Subwoofer (Single) delivers powerful, highly controlled low-frequency performance for premium music and home theater systems. Six high-excursion 8-inch X-PAL™ drivers are arranged radially around a sealed hexagonal enclosure, allowing opposing drivers to cancel mechanical vibration while combining their acoustic output for deep, clean, room-filling bass.
Anthem Room Correction measures how the subwoofer interacts with the listening environment and applies precise DSP optimization to reduce room-related peaks and improve bass consistency. With balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA connectivity, variable crossover and phase controls, and extension down to 12Hz, the Paradigm Persona Sub Six 8" Driver Subwoofer (Single) is engineered to complement Persona loudspeakers and other uncompromising high-performance audio systems.
Hexagonal Vibration-Canceling Enclosure — Six radially mounted woofers operate in opposing pairs so their reaction forces counteract one another, minimizing enclosure vibration while maximizing acoustic output.
High-Excursion X-PAL™ Drivers — Each 8-inch anodized-aluminum cone uses an overmolded Active Ridge Technology ART™ surround, a long-excursion voice coil, a Nomex® former, and a high-output ferrite motor system.
Ultra-Class-D Amplification and DSP — High-current internal amplification combines with advanced digital signal processing, efficient thermal management, and sophisticated protection for powerful, controlled bass.
Anthem Room Correction — ARC analyzes the subwoofer’s in-room response and creates a customized correction curve designed to improve bass accuracy, integration, and listening-position consistency.
Yes. This listing includes one powered Persona Sub. A second subwoofer may be added for greater output, smoother bass distribution, and improved seat-to-seat consistency.
Yes. A calibrated ARC microphone is included so the subwoofer’s low-frequency response can be measured and optimized for the listening room.
Yes. Its RCA and balanced XLR inputs allow connection to compatible stereo preamplifiers, integrated amplifiers, surround processors, and AV receivers with a subwoofer output.
Yes. This is an active subwoofer with built-in amplification, so it must be connected to a suitable grounded electrical outlet.
RCA or XLR interconnects, surge protection, a computer for ARC setup, delivery, calibration, and professional installation are sold separately unless otherwise specified.
