The Onkyo Muse Y-50 Network Streaming Integrated Amplifier combines high-current stereo amplification, advanced network streaming, room correction, and extensive source connectivity in a compact, modern component. Its fully digital circuit and Axign Class-D amplifier with MOSFET output deliver 125 watts per channel into 8 ohms or 250 watts per channel into 4 ohms, providing the control and headroom needed to drive a wide range of bookshelf and floorstanding speakers.
Designed as the centerpiece of a complete two-channel entertainment system, the Y-50 supports Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Apple AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Bluetooth, network music servers, and USB storage playback. Its 5.46-inch color LCD can display track information, system settings, album artwork, and an analog-style VU meter.
The Onkyo Muse Y-50 Network Streaming Integrated Amplifier also accommodates traditional and modern sources with three stereo RCA inputs, an MM/MC phono stage, optical and coaxial digital inputs, HDMI input, HDMI ARC output, stereo pre-outs, and a dedicated subwoofer output. Built-in Onkyo Room EQ measures the listening environment and optimizes the system’s response for the room.
Axign Class-D Amplification — The Y-50 uses a fully digital circuit and an Axign Class-D amplifier with high-current MOSFET output devices. This architecture delivers substantial output from a compact chassis while maintaining precise control and low distortion.
Onkyo Room EQ — Built-in room calibration measures the listening environment and applies sound-field correction. The Y-50 also provides adjustable crossover, speaker-level, and subwoofer settings for better integration with the connected speakers and powered subwoofer.
Modern Video and TV Integration — HDMI ARC simplifies connection to a compatible television, while the additional HDMI input accommodates a game console, disc player, or set-top box. Supported video technologies include 8K/60Hz, 4K/120Hz, VRR, QFT, ALLM, QMS, DSC, and HDCP 2.3.

For the North American model, the Y-50 delivers 125 watts per channel into 8 ohms from 20Hz to 20kHz with both channels driven at no more than 0.08% THD. It is also rated at 250 watts per channel into 4 ohms at 1kHz with both channels driven at 0.7% THD.
