The Naim CI-NAP 101 Mono Power Amplifier brings substantial Naim amplification to professionally integrated residential, commercial, marine, and architectural audio systems. Its compact 1U chassis delivers exceptional output from a single channel while supporting both conventional low-impedance loudspeakers and distributed 70V or 100V speaker systems.
Delivering 500 watts into an 8-ohm load and 800 watts into 4 ohms, the CI-NAP 101 is engineered for demanding in-wall loudspeakers, passive subwoofers, high-output cinema channels, and other applications where dynamic authority and dependable power are essential. Its ability to operate with loads as low as 2 ohms also makes it particularly well suited to advanced multi-driver loudspeaker configurations.
For distributed-audio installations, the amplifier supplies up to 150 watts through a 70V line or 240 watts through a 100V line. This flexibility allows a single model to serve applications ranging from a high-performance private theater to a multi-speaker outdoor, hospitality, retail, or whole-property audio system.
Stereo RCA inputs are summed internally to mono, simplifying connection to stereo source components and AV processors. A corresponding stereo RCA line output allows the incoming signal to be passed to another amplifier, making it easier to expand a system with additional channels or zones.
Two Euroblock speaker outputs support convenient parallel wiring, while front-accessible level adjustment and operating controls help installers configure the amplifier for the connected loudspeakers. A selectable high-pass filter is available when using high-impedance 70V or 100V systems, helping protect compatible speakers from frequencies below their intended operating range.
The Naim CI-NAP 101 Mono Power Amplifier also includes input-signal detection and automatically powers down after approximately 20 minutes without a signal. Combined with its universal 100–240V power supply, compact rack-mount form, and ultra-quiet operation, it offers the performance and installation flexibility required for sophisticated custom audio projects.
High-Output Mono Amplification — By dedicating its power supply and amplification circuitry to one channel, the CI-NAP 101 can deliver the current and control required for large in-wall speakers, passive subwoofer arrays, and high-output theater channels. A monoblock configuration also allows installers to scale the number of amplifiers precisely to the project.
Low-Impedance Power Delivery — The amplifier produces 500 watts into 8 ohms and 800 watts into 4 ohms. This increase in output into the lower load reflects the current capability needed to maintain dynamics and control when loudspeaker impedance becomes more demanding.
2-Ohm Load Capability — Support for loads as low as 2 ohms gives the amplifier additional flexibility with specialized speaker arrays and parallel driver configurations. This makes it a strong match for installations using multiple low-impedance bass drivers from one mono channel.

Selectable High-Pass Filtering — High-impedance operation provides selectable low-frequency filtering, with published line-response options beginning at either 50Hz or 120Hz. Selecting an appropriate crossover can reduce unnecessary cone movement and transformer saturation in distributed loudspeakers that are not designed to reproduce deep bass.
Wide Low-Impedance Frequency Response — In conventional low-impedance mode, the amplifier is rated from 3Hz to 70kHz. This extended bandwidth helps preserve phase integrity and transient detail throughout the audible range.
Low Distortion Architecture — Total harmonic distortion plus noise is rated below 0.008 percent. Low distortion allows musical textures, dialogue, effects, and spatial information to remain clean even when the amplifier is producing substantial output.
