The standard Michell Drive Belt fits most Michell turntables, including the GyroDec, Gyro SE, Orbe, Orbe SE, TecnoDec and several legacy models such as the Focus, Mycro, Prisma and Syncro.
No. The standard Michell Drive Belt is not designed for the Michell/Transcriptors Hydraulic Reference turntable, which requires a different replacement belt.
Consider replacement when the belt appears stretched, loose, cracked, glossy or hardened, or when the turntable develops slow startup, inconsistent speed or difficulty maintaining rotation.
The belt itself normally installs without adjustment, but platter speed and turntable setup should be checked after installation. Always follow the instructions provided for your specific Michell turntable model.
Turntable, motor, platter, pulley, bearing oil, suspension components and installation tools are sold separately.
