The M&K Sound MP150 On-Wall Speaker (Each) brings the sonic character of M&K Sound’s renowned 150 Series to installations where floor stands, shelves or deep speaker cabinets are not practical. Its dual 5.25-inch polypropylene bass/midrange drivers and vertically aligned triple-tweeter array deliver precise dialogue, wide dynamic range and the transparent tonal balance required for serious music and home theater playback.
Designed as the surface-mount alternative to the M&K Sound S150, the MP150 uses a shallow, angled enclosure that positions the sound toward the listening area while maintaining a clean appearance beside a flat-panel television or projection screen. The speaker is timbre matched with other M&K Sound satellites and subwoofers, making it ideal for left, center, right or matching multichannel installations.
Dual 5.25-Inch Polypropylene Drivers — Two bass/midrange drivers provide articulate vocal reproduction, controlled midbass and the output capability needed for demanding movie soundtracks and music.
Triple Soft-Fabric-Dome Tweeter Array — Three vertically positioned 1-inch tweeters produce detailed high frequencies while helping reduce unwanted floor and ceiling reflections.
Ultra-Low-Compression High-Frequency Design — The tweeter technology is derived from M&K Sound’s professional monitors and 150 Series reference loudspeakers for clear, unstrained reproduction at elevated listening levels.
Integrated Reversible Wall Bracket — The pre-mounted flush bracket supports secure wall installation and can be rotated to angle the speaker upward or downward depending on its position relative to the screen and listening area.
Yes. This listing includes one M&K Sound MP150 speaker. Multiple speakers may be ordered for stereo, left-center-right or complete multichannel installations.
Yes. The MP150 may be used for left, center or right front-channel applications. M&K Sound recommends keeping the speaker vertically oriented rather than placing it horizontally on its side.
Yes. The integrated flush-mount bracket can be positioned to angle the speaker upward or downward, allowing it to direct sound toward the listening area from above or below the display.
M&K Sound recommends an amplifier rated between 25 and 400 watts per channel that is compatible with the speaker’s nominal 4-ohm impedance.
Speaker wire, amplification, wall anchors, installation tools and construction materials are sold separately.
