The Knosti Disco-Antistat Ultrasonic 2.0 Record Washer combines 46 kHz ultrasonic cavitation with soft goat-hair brushes to provide a deep yet gentle cleaning process for vinyl records. Ultrasonic energy helps loosen contaminants embedded within the grooves, while the brushes remove the released debris from the record surface.
A fiberglass-reinforced cleaning tank, automatic solenoid valve, magnetic label clamp, and replaceable filter help create an organized and repeatable cleaning routine. The included cleaning concentrate, ultrapure water, drying rack, microfiber cloth, and accessories provide the essential components needed to begin cleaning records.
46 kHz Ultrasonic Transducer — The ultrasonic system creates microscopic cavitation bubbles within the cleaning bath. These bubbles help loosen particles and residue from areas that are difficult to reach through surface brushing alone.
Goat-Hair Brush System — Soft natural fibers make contact with the record surface to remove loosened contaminants while supporting a gentle cleaning process.
