Wrapped in a striking Indigo Gloss piano cabinet with matching blue driver accents, the KEF R3 Meta Three-Way Bookshelf Speaker in Indigo Gloss Special Edition (Pair) stands as a benchmark high-end loudspeaker for modern two-channel and home cinema systems.
Key Features & Innovations
Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™) — the KEF R3 Meta Three-Way Bookshelf Speaker in Indigo Gloss Special Edition (Pair) utilizes a complex maze-like structure to absorb 99% of acoustic distortion behind the tweeter dome.
True Three-Way Architecture — decouples low-frequency extension from critical midrange frequencies, ensuring effortless clarity, neutral vocals, and high dynamic headroom.
12th Generation Uni-Q® Driver Array — point-source topology aligns a 1-inch vented aluminum dome tweeter into the exact acoustic center of a 5-inch aluminum midrange cone.
6.5-Inch Hybrid Aluminum Woofer — high-excursion bass driver engineered with a shallow, concave aluminum skin over a paper cone for rigid, low-distortion low end.
Flexible Port Technology & Constrained Layer Damping — computational fluid dynamics port walls and internal cabinet damping prevent standing waves and cabinet resonance.
