The GoldenEar SuperCenter Reference Center Channel Speaker stands as the ultimate benchmark for multi-channel home theater performance, delivering razor-sharp dialogue clarity and massive soundstage impact. Engineered as the perfect match for GoldenEar's flagship Triton towers, this center channel utilizes GoldenEar’s high-velocity folded ribbon High-Velocity Folded Ribbon (HVFR™) tweeter, four 5.25-inch cast-basket bass/midrange drivers, and three planar passive low-frequency radiators to fill even the largest home cinema spaces with uncompressed detail.
Key Features & Innovations
Reference High-Velocity Folded Ribbon (HVFR™) Tweeter — the GoldenEar SuperCenter Reference Center Channel Speaker squeezes air rather than pushing it, delivering ultra-fast, smooth high-frequency response with virtually zero distortion.
Quad 5.25-inch Cast-Basket Bass/Midrange Drivers — multi-vaned phase plug drivers with proprietary cone geometry provide transparent vocal performance and effortless mid-bass weight.
Triple Planar Passive Low-Frequency Radiators — quadratic passive radiators tune low-frequency extension, enabling rich, impactful cinematic bass response down to 33Hz without port noise.
Advanced linear-phase crossover network — precision hand-selected crossover components ensure seamless driver integration and exact time-domain performance across all frequencies.
Rigid, non-resonant cabinet construction — heavy, curved enclosure bracing minimizes internal standing waves and cabinet coloration for pure, uncolored dialogue intelligibility.
