The Gallo Acoustics RoomSub 10 Subwoofer delivers deep, controlled low-frequency performance for premium stereo, television, gaming, and home theater systems. Designed to complement Gallo Acoustics’ compact, on-wall, pendant, and architectural loudspeakers, the RoomSub 10 adds convincing weight and scale without requiring an oversized enclosure.
A 10-inch down-firing polypropylene-cone woofer with an NBR surround is powered by a high-performance 300-watt Class-D amplifier. With a published frequency response of 32Hz–160Hz, the RoomSub 10 provides the output and authority needed for larger rooms, demanding movie soundtracks, and music systems that benefit from stronger low-frequency impact.
The Gallo Acoustics RoomSub 10 Subwoofer includes continuously adjustable output level, low-pass crossover, and phase controls for accurate integration with the room and main loudspeakers. Stereo RCA inputs support connection to stereo preamplifier outputs, while the left input can receive a mono subwoofer or LFE signal from a compatible AV receiver or processor.
Down-Firing Woofer Configuration — The 10-inch driver directs bass energy toward the floor, helping distribute low frequencies throughout the listening area while protecting and concealing the woofer.
High-Efficiency Class-D Amplification — The integrated 300-watt digital amplifier delivers controlled power with reduced heat generation, supporting strong output from a relatively compact enclosure.
Continuously Adjustable Crossover — The low-pass filter can be set between 50Hz and 180Hz, allowing the RoomSub 10 to blend with compact satellite speakers, bookshelf speakers, on-wall systems, or floorstanding loudspeakers.
Variable Phase Alignment — The continuously adjustable phase control helps compensate for the subwoofer’s position relative to the main speakers and primary listening area.
Flexible System Integration — The Gallo Acoustics RoomSub 10 Subwoofer can connect to stereo RCA preamplifier outputs or a dedicated LFE output. When an AV receiver handles bass management, the subwoofer crossover can be set to its maximum position.
Yes. Connect the receiver’s subwoofer or LFE output to the RoomSub 10’s left RCA input using a compatible subwoofer cable.
Yes. A stereo preamplifier or integrated amplifier with left and right preamp outputs can connect to the subwoofer’s stereo RCA inputs.
The RoomSub 10 uses a larger 10-inch woofer and a more powerful 300-watt amplifier. The RoomSub 8 uses an 8-inch woofer and a 200-watt amplifier, making the RoomSub 10 better suited to larger rooms and higher output levels.
Yes. In Auto mode, the subwoofer activates when it detects an incoming audio signal and returns to standby after the signal is no longer present.
