The Focal 300 IWLCR 6 3-Way In-Wall Speaker is a high-performance LCR (Left/Center/Right) solution engineered for serious home cinema and discreet architectural installations. Its purpose-built 3-way driver array combines dual 6.5" Flax woofers for controlled bass authority, a dedicated 4" Flax midrange for intelligible dialogue and tonal accuracy, and a 1" aluminum/magnesium inverted-dome tweeter for clean extension and precise imaging. A rotatable mid-treble plate allows flexible vertical or horizontal installation while keeping the acoustic axis properly aimed at the listening area.
Tip: Use three identical LCRs behind an acoustically transparent screen for best tonal matching, or rotate the driver plate for horizontal center-channel placement under a display.
Flax cone drivers — Focal’s Flax diaphragm architecture is designed to balance rigidity and damping for low coloration and articulate transient response, supporting both musical nuance and cinematic impact.
Inverted-dome tweeter — the 1" Al/Mg inverted-dome design is engineered for controlled dispersion and smooth high-frequency extension while maintaining detail and separation.
Rotatable mid-treble module — the midrange/tweeter plate rotates 90° for horizontal placement as a center channel (or for challenging stud layouts), while preserving the intended acoustic geometry toward the listening position.
On-speaker adjustments — midrange and tweeter level controls allow fine-tuning for boundary conditions, room reflectivity, and seating distances—critical for in-wall installations where placement is fixed.
