The Bel Canto e1X Stereo Pre-amplifier With Built-in DAC combines high-resolution digital conversion, network streaming, analog source control and precision preamplifier functionality in a single E1X chassis. Bel Canto's HDR-II DAC core and AMiP asynchronous multi-input platform manage Ethernet, USB and conventional digital sources while preserving low noise, low jitter and exceptional dynamic range throughout the signal path.
The E1X platform also supports analog sources through line-level inputs and a programmable MM/MC phono stage, making it equally capable in digital and vinyl-based systems. Balanced XLR and RCA outputs can feed compatible power amplifiers directly, while bass management, a dedicated high-current headphone output, Roon endpoint capability, remote control and network-based firmware updates make the E1X a complete stereo control center for sophisticated two-channel systems.
