The Audio-Technica AT-LPW50BT Manual Belt-Drive Turntable (Wireless & Analog) combines the hands-on experience of a fully manual turntable with flexible Bluetooth and analog connectivity. Its belt-drive system uses a DC servo motor with Active Speed Stabilization for accurate 33-1/3 and 45 RPM playback, while a die-cast aluminum platter, adjustable feet, and straight carbon-fiber tonearm create a solid foundation for detailed vinyl reproduction.
The factory-installed AT-VM95E BK Dual Moving Magnet cartridge features a 0.3 × 0.7 mil bonded elliptical stylus and is mounted to a removable AT-HS4 SV headshell for straightforward cartridge and stylus upgrades. Bluetooth 5.2 allows records to play wirelessly through compatible Bluetooth speakers or headphones, while conventional RCA outputs and a switchable built-in phono preamp provide easy integration with traditional amplifiers, receivers, powered speakers, and external phono stages.
DC Servo Belt-Drive System — The motor is mechanically isolated from the platter through the drive belt, while Active Speed Stabilization helps maintain consistent platter rotation at either selectable speed.
Straight Carbon-Fiber Tonearm — The static-balanced tonearm has an effective length of 223.6mm and includes adjustable tracking force and anti-skate. Its removable universal headshell also simplifies cartridge replacement and experimentation.
VM95 Cartridge Platform — The included AT-VM95E BK combines Audio-Technica's Dual Moving Magnet architecture with a 0.3 × 0.7 mil bonded elliptical stylus. Compatible VM95-series replacement styli provide a convenient upgrade path without replacing the cartridge body.
Wireless & Analog Output Architecture — Bluetooth connectivity adds convenient wireless playback without eliminating traditional analog connections. RCA outputs can operate at either phono or line level, making the AT-LPW50BT adaptable to a wide variety of audio systems.
Yes. The AT-LPW50BT includes Bluetooth 5.2 and can transmit record playback to compatible Bluetooth headphones, speakers, and other receiving devices. Audio-Technica specifies the SBC Bluetooth audio codec.
Yes. The built-in RIAA phono equalizer provides 35dB nominal gain. The rear selector can be switched between LINE output for systems without a phono input and PHONO output when using a compatible external phono stage or amplifier phono input.
