The Anthem MRX SLM Compact A/V Receiver brings Anthem's high-performance home theater engineering to installations where a traditional full-size receiver simply will not fit. Measuring only 11 inches wide and approximately 1.7 inches high with its feet installed, the MRX SLM can be placed on a shelf, hidden inside cabinetry, mounted behind a television or installed in a compatible in-wall media enclosure while still delivering five channels of dedicated amplification.
Each of its five amplifier channels is rated at 50 watts into 8 ohms with two channels driven, while Anthem Room Correction ARC Genesis optimizes the speaker and subwoofer system for the listening environment. HDMI 2.0b with eARC and HDCP 2.3 supports compatible 4K/60 video, while Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and Bluetooth provide the essential theater and streaming capabilities of a modern entertainment system.
Anthem Room Correction ARC Genesis — ARC Genesis uses a precision measurement process and advanced acoustic correction to optimize frequency response and speaker integration for the listening space.
Compact Five-Channel Amplifier Architecture — Efficient amplification provides a full five-channel speaker system from an enclosure dramatically smaller than a conventional home theater receiver.
Multi-Channel Phoenix Connector — A detachable terminal block provides compact, installer-friendly speaker connections and accommodates speaker wire up to 12 AWG / 4mm².
Network-Based Control & Integration — The Anthem Remote App, browser-based interface and IP control support simplify configuration and allow integration with compatible Control4, Savant, URC, ELAN, Crestron and RTI systems.
The MRX SLM contains five onboard amplifier channels, making it ideal for a conventional 5.1-channel system with front left, center, front right and two surround speakers plus a powered subwoofer.
Yes. Its compact chassis and included mounting bracket allow the receiver to be installed behind a compatible television, on a wall, inside furniture or within an appropriately ventilated in-wall media enclosure.
Yes. Anthem Room Correction ARC Genesis is fully supported and provides up to four storable calibration profiles for different listening configurations.
