FAQ — A12 Classic Hybrid Integrated Amplifier
How does the A12 Classic differ from the A10 Classic?
The Advance Paris A12 Classic High-End Hybrid Integrated Amplifier is the flagship model, featuring higher power output (190W vs 130W), a true dual-mono construction with twin toroidal transformers, dual HDMI inputs (ARC and Audio), and an upgraded MM/MC phono stage.
What is the advantage of the dual-mono design?
By using separate power transformers and independent circuits for the left and right channels, the unit eliminates inter-channel interference, resulting in an exceptionally wide, precise soundstage and greater dynamic drive.
Can I connect both a television and an audio streamer via HDMI?
Yes. The amplifier features an HDMI ARC port for TV connection and a secondary HDMI Audio port specifically designed for high-resolution audio sources like HDMI digital audio streamers.
Does it support wireless Bluetooth streaming?
Yes. It includes a dedicated digital port to accept optional Advance Paris Bluetooth receiver modules (such as the X-FTB01 or X-FTB02) for high-definition aptX HD wireless playback.
