The Advance Paris A10 APEX Integrated Amplifier combines tube-based preamplification with a powerful Class A/B transistor output stage to deliver musical warmth, expansive imaging and authoritative loudspeaker control. Two ECC81/12AT7 tubes handle the preamplifier stage, while a substantial 380VA toroidal transformer supports output of 130 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 198 watts per channel into 4 ohms.
Designed for modern high-performance stereo systems, the A10 APEX incorporates an ESS9018 DAC, HDMI eARC, asynchronous USB audio, three optical inputs, coaxial digital audio, MM phono, balanced XLR connectivity and extensive analog inputs. Dual subwoofer outputs, PRE-OUT and AMP-IN connections, A/B speaker zones and optional bidirectional Bluetooth provide additional flexibility for stereo, 2.1, 2.2 and home theater-integrated systems.
Hybrid Tube/Transistor Architecture — Two ECC81/12AT7 tubes operate in the preamplifier section before the signal reaches the high-current transistor power amplifier, combining tube character with Class A/B power and control.
380VA Toroidal Transformer — The substantial internal power supply provides the current reserve needed for dynamic playback and helps the A10 APEX maintain control with demanding loudspeaker loads.
ESS9018 Digital-to-Analog Conversion — The internal DAC handles compatible digital signals from optical, coaxial, USB audio and HDMI eARC sources, with USB supporting PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz and DSD128.
Advanced System Architecture — A/B speaker outputs, separate PRE-OUT and AMP-IN connections, trigger control and dual subwoofer outputs allow the amplifier to integrate into sophisticated stereo and home theater systems.
Yes. The preamplifier section uses two ECC81/12AT7 vacuum tubes, while the main power-amplifier section uses transistor-based Class A/B amplification.
Yes. The A10 APEX includes a dedicated moving-magnet phono input with a grounding connection for compatible MM turntables.
Yes. HDMI eARC accepts stereo PCM audio from a compatible television and supports compatible HDMI-CEC functions for synchronized power and volume operation.
Bluetooth is optional through the Advance Paris A-BTC adapter. The A-BTC provides bidirectional Bluetooth capability, allowing compatible devices to stream to the amplifier or audio from the system to be transmitted to compatible Bluetooth headphones.
