The Advance Paris A-i190 NOVA Integrated Amplifier brings the company’s hybrid amplifier philosophy into its most ambitious NOVA integrated design. An ECC81 tube preamplifier stage provides the harmonic character associated with Advance Paris electronics, while a high-current Class A/B output section and independent 280VA toroidal transformers for the left and right channels provide the control, scale and dynamic headroom needed for demanding high-end loudspeakers.
Its digital architecture is equally advanced, combining an ESS9017S multichannel DAC with an ADAU1452 four-channel DSP capable of independently managing the main stereo speakers and as many as two powered subwoofers. HDMI eARC, high-resolution USB audio, MM/MC phono, balanced XLR connectivity, dual subwoofer outputs and optional A-NTC network streaming make the A-i190 NOVA a comprehensive centerpiece for premium two-channel and 2.1/2.2 systems.
Independent Dual Toroidal Power Supplies — Two 280VA toroidal transformers give each amplification channel its own substantial power foundation, effectively creating two mono amplifier sections within a single chassis.
ESS9017S Multichannel DAC — The eight-channel ESS converter operates in Quad Mode to create four high-quality analog channels for the main left/right speakers and up to two independently managed subwoofers.
ADAU1452 4-Channel DSP — Advanced digital signal processing provides EQ and room-tuning capability along with configurable bass management for sophisticated 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 systems.
NOVA Industrial Design — An 8mm-thick brushed aluminum front panel, visible tube stage and selectable white or blue VU-meter illumination give the A-i190 NOVA a distinctive premium appearance.
Advance Paris rates maximum output at 195 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 297 watts per channel into 4 ohms. Continuous 20Hz–20kHz output is specified at 185 watts into 8 ohms and 276 watts into 4 ohms with both channels driven.
Yes. HDMI eARC accepts stereo PCM audio from a compatible television, allowing TV and streaming-app sound to play through the stereo system.
Yes. Two subwoofer outputs can be configured through the four-channel DSP for mono or stereo bass arrangements, allowing 2.1 or 2.2 system configurations.
The amplifier is designed to accept the optional Advance Paris A-NTC network streaming cartridge, which adds integrated high-resolution network streaming functionality.
