Yes. This listing includes two matching Acoustic Energy Corinium floorstanding loudspeakers.
The Corinium has a nominal 4-ohm impedance, 92dB sensitivity and 200-watt power-handling rating. A high-quality integrated or power amplifier that is comfortable driving a 4-ohm loudspeaker load is recommended.
Not necessarily. Its dual 140mm bass drivers and specified extension to 32Hz at -6dB provide substantial full-range bass for most two-channel systems. A subwoofer may still be added for additional low-frequency extension or home theater use.
