High-Resolution Network Player • ESS ES9038PRO DAC • PCM 768kHz & Native DSD512 • Roon Ready • AirPlay 2 • TIDAL, Qobuz & Spotify Connect • Balanced XLR Outputs • 4.3" IPS Display
The Audiolab 9000N Wireless Streaming Audio Player is the flagship network source in Audiolab's 9000 Series, combining a powerful dedicated streaming platform with the company's extensive digital-audio engineering experience. Its ESS Sabre ES9038PRO 32-bit DAC is paired with proprietary post-DAC circuitry to deliver high-resolution playback with low distortion, wide dynamic range and precise musical detail, while a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor provides the performance required for responsive streaming and library management.
The 9000N supports both wired Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi, giving listeners access to major streaming platforms and local music libraries without requiring a separate digital source. TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, Roon Ready operation, UPnP/OpenHome streaming, TuneIn radio and USB storage playback provide extensive source flexibility, while balanced XLR, RCA and digital outputs allow the 9000N to integrate into a wide variety of premium stereo systems.
ESS Sabre ES9038PRO DAC — The eight-channel flagship ESS converter uses HyperStream II architecture and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator technology, with Audiolab developing dedicated post-DAC filtering and analog circuitry around the chip.
Quad-Core ARM Streaming Platform — A quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor running at 1.8GHz per core provides dedicated processing power for high-resolution streaming, interface responsiveness, artwork handling and music-library navigation.
High-Resolution Network Architecture — Audiolab's streaming platform supports gapless playback, high-resolution album artwork, USB storage devices and network libraries through UPnP AV with OpenHome audio extensions.
4.3-Inch Full-Color IPS Display — The 800 × 480-pixel front-panel display presents album artwork, track details, source information, playback status and system settings without requiring constant use of the companion app.
The 9000N supports TIDAL, Qobuz, Spotify and TuneIn through its streaming ecosystem, along with TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect and AirPlay 2. It is also Roon Ready and supports UPnP/OpenHome network music libraries.
Audiolab specifies PCM playback from 44.1kHz up to 768kHz and native DSD64, DSD128, DSD256 and DSD512. Supported lossless formats include FLAC, ALAC, WAV and AIFF, along with DSF, DIFF and DoP for DSD.
Yes. The 9000N supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. It also includes a 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet port when a wired network connection is preferred.
Yes. In addition to its internal ES9038PRO DAC and analog RCA/XLR outputs, the 9000N provides coaxial and optical digital outputs supporting up to 192kHz/24-bit PCM for connection to a compatible external DAC.
