You may return most items within 60 days of delivery. Returns made within 30 days qualify for a full refund, while returns from 31 to 60 days are eligible for store credit or an exchange. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within one week of receiving your return.

Disco-Antistat BiDest is a highly purified special water, such as that used in laboratories or cosmetics. All dissolved substances have been removed from the water through complex physical processes, making it pure H2O, unlike water available at hardware stores, for example. It is therefore ideal for all applications requiring the purest water. For optimal cleaning results with our Disco-Antistat Ultraclean Concentrate, we recommend using Disco-Antistat BiDest to prepare the cleaning fluid. Of course, Disco-Antistat BiDest is also suitable for a wide variety of other applications.
