Return & Exchange Policy

FREE 60 Day Returns Close You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@audiolab.com
  2. Include your Order Number and reason for return
  3. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA)
    Note: Returns without an RA may be refused and are not eligible for refund.

Order Cancellations
To cancel, email cs@audiolab.com immediately.

  • Cannot cancel once shipped
  • Special Orders are non-cancelable

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Special order products
    • Non-standard color speakers
    • All furniture products including stands and seating
    • Items not typically stocked and marked as special order
  • Custom installation materials and labor
  • Clearance or open-box items
  • Phono cartridges, or turntables with phono cartridge
  • Gift cards
  • Headphones or in-ear monitors (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or demo equipment that was sold as-is
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation

  • Curbside freight delivery
  • Customer must be present
  • Non-cancelable & non-returnable

Outdoor Speakers

  • Non-returnable after installation, unless defective

Damaged Shipments
Report shipping damage within 72 hours to cs@audiolab.com. Keep original packaging.

Return Windows

New Items

  • Returnable within 60 days
  • Must be like new, complete, and in original packaging
  • Defective returns require:
    • Photos of the issue
    • Serial number
    • Photos of packaging & box

Open Box, Used, or Trade-In Items

  • Returnable only if defective
  • Must be reported within 30 days

Shipping Costs

  • No RA = possible return shipping deduction
  • UPS return labels available upon request
  • If using our label, both original and return shipping may be deducted
    You may also use your own insured method. Include RA# and pack securely.

Freight Shipments
Large items (TVs, towers) ship freight. Higher return costs may apply. We’ll provide a quote with your RA.

Return Condition Requirements
Returns may be refused or incur fees if:

  • Wrong serial number
  • Missing parts or packaging
  • Damage from poor packing
  • Signs of wear, misuse, or water damage
    Note: Non-defective items returned as defective may incur a 15% restocking fee + shipping.

Defective Merchandise
May qualify for repair, exchange, or refund per manufacturer warranty within 60 days. Photo documentation required.
