Technics SL-1300G New Generation Grand Class Turntable
Grand Class direct-drive turntable • ΔΣ-Drive (Delta-Sigma Drive) motor control • coreless direct-drive motor • triple-layer damped platter • high-rigidity S-shape aluminum tonearm
The Technics SL-1300G New Generation Grand Class Turntable sets a new standard for high-end direct-drive analog performance. Incorporating Technics' advanced ΔΣ-Drive (Delta-Sigma Drive) motor control technology derived from their reference models, this Grand Class deck virtually eliminates micro-vibrations and cogging. Featuring a twin-rotor coreless direct-drive motor, a heavy triple-layer platter, a dual-stage multi-stage silent power supply, and a high-precision S-shaped tonearm, it delivers exceptional rotational accuracy, pristine signal purity, and deep musical dynamics.
Key Features & Innovations
Advanced ΔΣ-Drive (Delta-Sigma Drive) Motor Control — the Technics SL-1300G New Generation Grand Class Turntable uses high-precision signal processing technology to smooth drive waveforms, virtually eliminating micro-vibrations for exceptional speed accuracy.
Coreless Direct-Drive Motor — twin-rotor coreless motor design completely eliminates cogging (rotation irregularity) while maintaining powerful, instantaneous start torque.
Triple-Layer Damped Platter Construction — combines die-cast aluminum, brass, and heavy deadening rubber across the rear surface to eliminate resonance and optimize rotational flywheel inertia.
Multi-Stage Silent Power Supply — high-speed switching power supply paired with a noise-canceling circuit lowers the background noise floor to reveal fine musical micro-details.
