The M&K Sound C15S Custom Installation Subwoofer with VA500 Blue Edition Amplifier was engineered specifically for dedicated home theaters where uncompromising low-frequency performance and concealed installation are equally important. Designed to fit behind acoustically transparent screens while matching the depth of M&K's S150 loudspeakers, the C15S delivers exceptional bass output without sacrificing valuable installation space.
Unlike traditional powered subwoofers, the C15S utilizes the dedicated VA500 Blue Edition external amplifier, custom voiced exclusively for this enclosure. Together they provide outstanding dynamic range, optimized boundary compensation and the flexibility to stack multiple subwoofers for larger cinema installations while keeping amplifier heat outside the enclosure.
15-Inch High Output Driver — Ultra-stiff paper pulp cone with fiberglass dust cap provides exceptional transient response and high output capability.
Dedicated External Amplification — Separating amplifier and enclosure improves cooling while simplifying service and installation.
Boundary Compensation EQ — Three-position EQ switch optimizes bass whether positioned along a wall or inside a corner.
Rigid Cabinet Construction — Full 1-inch MDF enclosure with center and front-to-back bracing dramatically reduces cabinet vibration.
