The M&K Sound S150T Tri-pole Surround Speaker (Pair) delivers the combination of precise effects placement and enveloping ambience required for a convincing cinematic surround experience. Each speaker combines a front-firing 5.25-inch fiberglass bass/midrange driver and 1.1-inch soft-fabric-dome tweeter with two side-firing 3.5-inch drivers, allowing direct and diffuse sound to reach the listening area simultaneously.
Designed as the dedicated surround companion for M&K Sound’s reference 150 Series, the S150T is voice matched to the S150 front-channel monitor for smooth tonal transitions around the room. Its compact trapezoidal cabinet is engineered for side- or rear-wall placement, where conventional direct-radiating speakers can become overly localized and distracting.
Front-Firing Direct-Radiating Array — A 5.25-inch fiberglass bass/midrange driver and 1.1-inch soft-fabric-dome tweeter reproduce discrete effects, music cues and dialogue with clarity and precise localization.
Dual Side-Firing Paper-Pulp Drivers — Two 3.5-inch drivers radiate from the angled side panels to create broader coverage and a more diffuse surround field.

Yes. This listing includes two M&K Sound S150T Tripole surround speakers for use as a matched pair of side or rear surround channels.
A Tripole speaker combines a direct-radiating front driver array with side-firing drivers. This design reproduces focused effects while also creating a broad, enveloping sound field around the listening area.
The S150T is intended primarily for side- or rear-surround placement. The final mounting height and position should be determined by the seating arrangement, room dimensions and selected surround format.
M&K Sound recommends an amplifier rated between 5 and 200 watts per channel that is compatible with the speaker’s nominal 4-ohm impedance.
Speaker wire, amplification, mounting brackets, wall anchors, installation tools and construction materials are sold separately unless otherwise specified.
