The M&K Sound IW5 In-Wall Speaker (Each) delivers the detailed and tonally balanced sound of M&K Sound’s compact M Series in a discreet architectural design. Its 4-inch polymer-coated bass/midrange driver and 1-inch soft-fabric-dome tweeter provide clear vocals, precise effects and consistent sound quality without occupying valuable floor or shelf space.
Supplied with a slim round grille, the IW5 can be installed in either a wall or ceiling for distributed audio, compact stereo systems, surround channels and immersive home theater applications. Its small cutout and paintable grille make it especially useful when visual impact must be kept to a minimum.
Compact Polymer-Coated Driver — The 4-inch bass/midrange driver provides controlled vocal reproduction and detailed midrange performance from a compact architectural enclosure.
Soft-Fabric-Dome Tweeter — The 1-inch high-frequency driver delivers smooth treble, clear dialogue and natural musical detail without excessive brightness.
Rigid Steel Baffle — M&K Sound’s solid metal baffle reinforces the installation and helps reduce the rattles and vibration commonly associated with plastic architectural speaker frames.
Secure Magnetic Grille — Rubber-coated neodymium magnets hold the low-profile metal grille securely in place for safe wall or ceiling installation.

M&K Sound recommends an amplifier rated between 25 and 125 watts per channel that can safely drive a nominal 4-ohm speaker load.
