Audiolab’s Customer Friendly 60 Day Return/Exchange Policy
Please contact Audiolab’s Returns Department to receive a return authorization or “RA” with your Order # and the reason you are returning.
- An RA allows us to track your return and provide a timely refund.
- If a return is sent back without an RA you might not be refunded and the item may be refused and returned to you
If you would like to Cancel your order you must email [email protected]. An order can not be canceled once it is in transit or if it is a *Special Order Item*.
Any damaged shipments received must be reported to [email protected] within 72 Hours after delivery. If it is not reported and you want to exchange or return, fee’s may be applied. Please know you can NOT return anything without the original packaging.
60 Day Return Period
Take some time to get to know your new gear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items that are complete and like new within 60 days. Some items that are not returnable are Turntables, Headphones and Special Order Items. Furniture item’s are non-cancelable or returnable they are custom made. Swap Sale Items are non-returnable and must be reported as defective within 72 hours to receive an exchange or refund. You may return any purchased item for a refund as long as it is in the original packaging with all the packing material and accessories.
If an item is defective we will happily send you an RA for return or exchange. We will require pictures of any damage/issue of the item including but not limited to the serial #, packaging and item box. If this is refused an RA will not be issued.
Refund or exchange? You may choose an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased up to 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate or other form of payment used in the original transaction, no exceptions. After 30 days up to 60 you can do an exchange or store credit.
Return shipping: Costs are deducted from your merchandise credit or refund if you did not get an RA# before return. For most returns Audiolab can issue you an UPS return shipping label. Original Shipping costs can be deducted separately with return shipping if you decide for us to send you a shipping label with the RA. You can do the return shipping yourself you just need to pack and ship back with the RA how the item came to you. It must have shipping insurance. If an item is damaged in transit, you would be liable for the damaged shipment.
Freight shipping: Some items like large TVs, and Large Tower Speakers require special freight shipping and cost more to return. An Audiolab customer support representative will help determine exact shipping cost of freight items when setting up your return and you will see the cost in your RA#.
Audiolab may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new.
Conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees are when the returned item has:
– A different serial number than the one Audiolab originally shipped.
– Missing parts or the original product packing material.
– Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
– Shows signs of heavy use.
– Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or misusing other than stated in the manual.

If an item is sent back as defective and it is not found defective a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee’s will be charged. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions about returning an item. Any Defective merchandise may be exchanged or repaired, as per the manufacturer’s policies and warranties and can be returned for refund/exchange if in the adequate 60 day time frame. Audiolab reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any order.
