Can I request an in-store demo for specific gear?
At Audiolab “You’re The Boss” call or LiveChat with one of our sales staff and set-up an appointment to come in and hear exactly what you want.

How much does shipping cost?
Everything Audiolab sells ships for free. There is no minimum order amount, even costly to ship furniture ships for free.

How do I know if something is in stock?
All item pages have availability listed with a detailed description. If an item is struck through we do not have the item or the item variation and no eta.

Do you take trade-ins?
Absolutely! Audiolab has been taking trade-ins for 25 years and we think we have it down to a science. You don’t typically keep an old house, or car when you buy a new one. We feel the same way about great audio gear, trade-in with Audiolab to maximize the value.

All Salamander cabinets will be left curbside, if you’d like some other arrangement, please contact us.

Outdoor speakers cannot be returned or exchanged once installed unless defective.
